We're obsessed with what others throw away

There's something about walking into an abandoned factory that gets us going. The rust patterns, the way light cuts through dusty windows, those massive timber beams that've held up for a century - that's our canvas. We've spent years figuring out how to keep that raw character while making these spaces work for today's needs.

Based in Toronto's King West, we're right in the middle of Canada's most exciting industrial transformation. Every project's different - sometimes it's turning a century-old brewery into loft offices, other times it's preserving a heritage facade while building something completely new behind it.
